Dinner Features for Wednesday July 1st


Surf & Turf                                                                                                                           

Char-grilled Asian beef stockyard sirloin stuffed with carrots, summer squash and garlic with a honey sesame soy glaze, paired with broiled Red Snapper a side of rice and asparagus spears.   


Italian Seasoned Beef  Sirloin Stockyard                                                                        

Grilled 12oz beef stockyard over garlic bread topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions and melted asiago cheese, served with a twice baked potato.    


Chicken Caruso                                                                                                           

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, ham, peas, artichokes and onion in a basil marinara white wine sauce over pasta, sprinkled with parmesan cheese.    


Seafood Lasagna Florentine Alfredo
  Our own seafood lasagna with surimi crabmeat, clams, haddock and salmon, layered with pasta, ricotta cheese, spinach and grilled squash baked in a Florentine Alfredo sauce and served with garlic bread.


Herb Crusted Mahi-Mahi                                                                                         

Sautéed herb crusted Mahi over fresh asparagus spears and rice, topped with a tomato, mozzarella, avocado relish.


Sea Scallops with Fresh Vegetables                                                                

Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus, roasted red peppers and spinach in an asiago cream sauce over pasta.   


Tiger Shrimp with Wild Mushrooms    

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms in a garlic, sherry, lemon wine sauce over pasta, dusted with parmesan cheese.    


Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                                              

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
