Dinner Features for July 20th


Montréal Grilled Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with a barbeque onion jam and presented over roasted red pepper smashed potatoes

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, topped with a fresh basil sun dried tomato cream sauce and served over asparagus spears with a side of wild rice     

Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak char grilled to order and topped with a Dijon peppercorn butter, presented over asparagus spears with a side of Cajun muddy rice  

Chicken Madeira
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach, mushrooms and zucchini in a Madeira demi glace served with rice pilaf and asparagus spears

Shiitake Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes in a light sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Lemon Basil Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with broccoli, zucchini and tomatoes in a lemon basil white wine sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
