Dinner Features for July 26th

Grilled Steak Salad
10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection and presented over mixed greens with cheese curds, strawberries, jalapeño peppers, black beans and onions served with dressing of your choice 

Chicken Napoleon
Boneless chicken breast grilled and layered with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, grilled asparagus and roasted tomatoes drizzled with rosemary vinaigrette

Pan Seared Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order with a savory herb crust, presented with fresh fruit salsa and spinach aglio olio

Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and capers, served over pasta in a lemon butter sauce, finished with asiago cheese  

Shrimp Sherry
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with bacon and caramelized onions tossed with pasta in a light sherry cream sauce  

Sriracha Honey Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with almonds, broccoli, tomatoes and onions served over rice with a sriracha honey butter sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
