Dinner Features for July 23rd

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and finished with honey sriracha butter, served with broccoli and mashed potatoes

Chicken Amatriciana
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh basil, bacon, tomatoes and garlic tossed with pasta in a white wine sauce and finished with parmesan cheese      

Char Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak char grilled to order, served with a pickled jalapeño and avocado mousse and served with white rice  

Parmesan Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a parmesan herb crust, finished with a citrus tomato salsa and served with asparagus spears

Caliente Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, mushrooms, peppers and onions tossed with pasta in an Arrabiata sauce

Apple Sherry Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with apples, onions and rosemary served with pasta in a horseradish sherry pan sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
