Dinner Features for Friday July 17th

Almond Peppercorn Marlin  Marlin over asparagus spears, topped with French brie  and an almond-peppercorn butter served with a side of wild rice.


Beef Stockyard over Bruschetta Seasoned and grilled 10oz beef stockyard with basil-roasted red
pepper smashed potatoes, topped BBQ caramelized onions and asiago cheese.  


Scarlet Snapper Anglie Olie   Red Snapper broiled in white wine and lemon over ziti, tossed in a
fresh basil,garlic, parmesan oil,white wine sauce.  


  Seafood Fra Diablo   Sautéed sea scallops, chopped clams, calamari and crabmeat with peppers, onions, jalapeno and tomatoes in a spicy marinara sauce 0ver pasta.


Rosemary Apple Shrimp   Jumbo Tiger shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms,apples,
artichokes and scallions in a fresh rosemary white wine sauce over rice.


 Florentine Chicken  Pan seared chicken breast with mushrooms, red sweet peppers and fresh spinach in a garlic sherry wine sauce over pasta topped with a basil cream.


Cotchalova Chicken Chicken breast sautéed with kalamata olives, scallions, zucchini and pepperoncini in a garlic basil white wine, served with pasta and sprinkled with asiago cheese.   


Fish Fry Breaded or beer battered haddock.


        Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
