Char Grilled Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and topped with brie cheese and caramelized onions, presented with a twice baked potato and asparagus spears  

Guinness ® Barbeque Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared and topped with Guinness® barbeque sauce, bacon and crispy onion straws served with cheddar herb potatoes 

Tropical Marlin
Marinated and flame broiled marlin topped with an orange pineapple salsa and served over wild rice with black beans

Apple Walnut Chicken Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast presented over mixed greens with apples, candied walnuts, grapes and red onion with strawberry balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Blackened Shrimp Jambalaya
Cajun dusted jumbo shrimp blackened on a cast iron skillet presented over pulled pork and chorizo jambalaya  

Scallops Pesto Alfredo
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon, sun dried tomatoes and scallions in a  creamy pesto alfredo sauce, served over linguini and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
