Dinner Features for July 6th

Grilled Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, presented over mushroom Marsala sauce and served with a twice baked potato    

New Orleans Chicken & Crabmeat Stew
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with surimi crabmeat, chorizo sausage, black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a spicy sherry wine broth, served over rice pilaf

Chicken Rossa
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and kalamata olives in a garlic white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta

Broiled Stuffed Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts and asiago cheese, served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Shrimp Verde
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, tomatoes and onions in a lemon zesty wine sauce, served over pasta

Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables in a garlic sherry wine sauce, served over pasta
