Dinner Features for July 13th


Appetizer:
Balsamic Wonton Shrimp and Italian Style Greens
Crispy wonton coated shrimp presented over wild greens with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil drizzled with balsamic and olive oil

Entrees:
New York Grilled Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled and seasoned with cracked peppercorn butter, topped with sautéed garlic sherry mushrooms and served with a twice baked potato   

Garden Brie Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed fresh spinach, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and French imported brie cheese bathed in a light white wine broth and served over pasta   

Broiled Mahi Mahi
Fresh broiled mahi mahi filet topped with rosemary watermelon butter and served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Calamari Cotchalova
Seasoned calamari light fried till golden crisp; sautéed with kalamata olives, pepperoncini and scallions in a garlic lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta with asparagus spears and finished with asiago cheese

Hawaiian Barbeque Shrimp Skewer
Jumbo shrimp seasoned and marinated, char grilled on a skewer and perched on a mountain of lemon parmesan smashed potatoes surrounded by a roast pineapple barbeque moat    

Almond Basil Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with mushrooms, zucchini, sweet red bell peppers and almonds in a fresh basil marsala demi-glace, served over rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Dessert Features:
Oreo Cake
Chocolate cake layered and frosted with Oreo butter cream, topped with crushed Oreo pieces

Baklava Cheesecake
Creamy vanilla cheesecake topped with flaky phyllo and walnuts, served with sweet orange cognac syrupc
