Dinner Features for July 30th

Grilled Stockyard
10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed mushrooms and onion, drizzled with cracked pepper barbeque sauce and served with a twice baked potato.

Parmesan Herb Crust Chicken
Sautéed chicken breast with a parmesan herb crust, served with a citrus basil relish and grilled asparagus.   

Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi filet stuffed with spinach, artichokes and sun dried tomatoes broiled in rosemary herb butter and sherry wine served with a side of rice. 

Chicken Sriracha
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and broccoli in a sriracha honey butter over rice. 

Shrimp Du Chef
Pan seared Jumbo shrimp with bacon, fresh pineapple, spinach and onions served over rice in a garlic wine sauce.   

Sea Scallops Beurre Blanc
Fresh sea scallops pan seared with roasted tomatoes and scallions tossed with pasta and beurre blanc.  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
