Dinner Features for July 9th

Southwest Shrimp Vegetali
Grilled jumbo shrimp presented with a sauté of bacon, tomatoes and jalapeño peppers, served with vegetable noodles and finished with crumbly bleu  

Montréal Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, finished with tomato jam and served with a twice baked potato and asparagus spears  

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with mirepoix and served over pasta with pickled onions in a spicy tomato broth

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms and scallions tossed with pasta in a classic Alfredo sauce, finished with nutmeg  

Sea Scallops & Gnocchi
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, shallots and fresh basil tossed with ricotta gnocchi and a cracked pepper butter sauce

Chicken Burrito
Boneless chicken breast, cheddar cheese, black beans, peppers, onions and rice rolled in a salsa wrap and smothered in our own ranchero sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
