Dinner Features for Friday July 24th

French Onion Beef Stockyard Seasoned and grilled 10oz beef stockyard presented 
with a French onion sauce and duchess potatoes.  


Baja Ahi Tuna Pan seared Ahi Tuna with a salted lime crust over Tequila glazed 
vegetables with an avocado mousse. 


  Sea Scallops with a Horseradish Cream Sautéed sea scallops, shallots,
  wild mushrooms and pasta tossed in a horseradish cream sauce.


Grilled Marlin with Summer Vegetable Salad Lightly seasoned and grilled Blue Marlin presented with a shaved vegetable salad and a rosemary vinaigrette.


Asiago Herb Crusted Tiger Shrimp Salad  Sautéed asiago herb crusted 
Tiger shrimp over mixed greens with roasted red peppers, apples, pecans and grilled asparagus, with your choice of dressing.


 Sriracha Honey Chicken Pan seared chicken breast with corn, bacon, scallions and sweet peppers with white rice and a Sriracha honey butter sauce.


South West Chorizo Chicken  Chicken breast and chorizo sausage sautéed with tomatoes, mushrooms and onions presented with mashed potatoes and a cheddar beer sauce.   


Fresh Haddock Friday Breaded OR beer battered OR Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
