Dinner Features for July 31st

Grilled Horseradish Sherry Stockyard 10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, presented with sautéed asparagus, mushrooms and onions, with a horseradish sherry sauce and parmesan herb mashed potatoes.



Ahi Tuna Nicoise Char grilled Tuna steak over romaine hearts, sweet onions, olives, hard boiled eggs and potatoes, served with a rosemary Dijon vinaigrette. 


Grilled Barramundi Grilled Barramundi and asparagus spears served with a basil citrus salsa. 



Cajun Chicken Pan-seared Cajun seasoned chicken breast with tomatoes, sweet peppers and rice pilaf, finished with a bacon aioli. 


Shrimp du Chef Jumbo shrimp with roasted red peppers and wild mushrooms served with pasta and a garlic wine sauce, topped with asiago cheese.   


Avocado Pesto Sea Scallops Fresh sea scallops pan seared with onions and toasted pecans tossed with pasta and an avocado pesto, with crumble feta cheese.  


Fresh Haddock Friday Breaded OR beer battered OR Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
