Dinner Features for July 22th


Beef Stockyard Diane 10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with mushrooms, onions and a  peppercorn Dijon sauce, served with a twice baked potato.

 

Primavera Chicken Pan seared chicken breast with mushrooms, mixed garden vegetables and pasta tossed in a garlic sherry wine sauce, dusted with asiago cheese.     

 

Stuffed Mahi-Mahi Mahi-Mahi broiled in lemon white wine and stuffed with spinach, crab and artichoke hearts, topped with a basil cream sauce, served with wild rice and fresh asparagus.  

 

Apple Almond Chicken Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, fresh spinach, sun dried tomatoes and almonds in a sherry cream sauce tossed with pasta.

 

Marinara Tiger Shrimp Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello mushrooms, peppers, onions, eggplant and tomatoes in a garlic basil marinara sauce, dusted with asiago cheese served over pasta.

 

Basil Sea Scallops Sea scallops broiled with fresh basil and tomatoes in a light scampi sauce served with rice.

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
