Dinner Features for Wednesday July 8th


Appetizer: 

Chilled Garden Plate    Fresh mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes, basil and pita bread drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
                                                                                                         

      Entrees: 
        Tropical Island Shrimp                                                                                                                                                                Island Shrimp                                                                                                                                 

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with cherry tomatoes, avocado, pineapple, onions and almonds, in a zesty lemon sherry wine sauce over rice.

 

Roasted Red Pepper Beef Stockyard                                                                        Seasoned and grilled 10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak, served over garlic bread with sautéed mushrooms and onions, drizzled with a roasted red pepper sauce.   

 

Caper Salmon                                                                                                                                 

Salmon broiled in a lemon white wine with a caper-tarragon cream sauce, asparagus spears

and rice pilaf.  

 

Lemon Oregano Chicken                                                                                          

Pan-seared chicken breast with peppers and onions, sundried tomatoes and olives in a lemon, sherry, oregano sauce, served with a side of rice topped with feta cheese.

 

Sea Scallops Italian                                                                                                                         
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, peppers, onions and tomatoes in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce over pasta with asiago cheese.  

 

Chicken Pesto Primavera Alfredo                                            

Sautéed chicken breast mushrooms and mixed garden vegetables tossed in a light pesto alfredo sauce with pasta.

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock                           
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
