Dinner Features for July 28th

Wild Mushroom Grilled Stockyard
10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and topped with a wild mushroom and herb demi-glace, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Verda
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh basil, zucchini, tomatoes and sun dried tomatoes in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta   

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and topped with fresh pineapple basil salsa, presented over asparagus spears and served with a side of rice pilaf  

Chicken Santa Fe
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, pepperoncini, black beans, tomatoes and onions in a light spicy sherry wine sauce, served over rice pilaf

Sesame Orange Ginger Shrimp Stir Fry
Jumbo shrimp stir fried with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms and mixed vegetables in a sesame orange ginger teriyaki sauce, served over rice pilaf

Scallops Fra Diablo
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with jalapeño peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers and onions in a spicy marinara sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
