Dinner Features for July 29th


Sicilian Grilled Stockyard 10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with fresh mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes and fresh basil, served with a twice baked potato.

 

Lemon Oregano Chicken Sautéed chicken breast with sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, kalamata olives, peppers and onions in a lemon oregano white wine sauce topped with feta cheese over rice.   

 

Stuffed Mahi  Mahi filet stuffed with spinach, artichokes and sun dried tomatoes over asparagus spears, topped with a fresh citrus basil salsa served with a side of rice.  

 

Chicken Portobello Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in a light garlic marsala demi-glace over rice.  

 

Shrimp Du Chef  Pan seared Jumbo shrimp with zucchini, broccoli, asparagus and fresh spinach in a light scampi sauce over pasta, finished with asiago cheese.   

 

Sea Scallops Angelina Fresh broiled sea scallops sautéed with tomatoes and garlic in a marsala wine topped with  melted mozzarella cheese with a side of rice.  

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
