Dinner Features for July 25th


Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
10 oz beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and smothered with bacon ,caramelized onions and a cheddar beer sauce, served with a twice baked potato

Grilled Chicken Salad
Boneless chicken breast presented over mixed greens with cheese curds, pecans, roasted tomatoes, and onions served with rosemary vinaigrette       

Pan Seared Blue Marlin
Fresh pan seared blue marlin, served with a citrus tomato salsa and grilled asparagus spears  

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, asparagus, shallots and Swiss cheese finished with a sherry Dijon sauce and served with duchess potatoes

Shrimp Ricardo
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, jalapeño peppers, black beans and onions in a wine sauce, served with white rice  

Scallops Oreganata
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with lemon and roasted red peppers, tossed with pasta in a white wine herb sauce, finished with asiago cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
