Dinner Features for July 11th


Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp seared with tomatoes asparagus and garlic served with pasta and beurre blanc and finished with asiago cheese 

Pan Seared Ahi Tuna
Fresh Ahi Tuna pan seared to order, served with roasted vegetable jalapeño salsa and rice pilaf

Bordelaise Beef Stockyard
Seasoned and grilled 10oz beef stockyard sirloin steak presented with a mushroom Bordelaise sauce and a twice baked potato

Tuscan Calamari
Fresh calamari seasoned with garlic and lightly sautéed with mirepoix, pepperoncini and capers in a tomato wine broth finished with asiago cheese 

Chicken Pomodoro
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomato and fresh basil tossed with pasta and fresh mozzarella cheese in a white wine tomato sauce

Java Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with panko coffee crust and presented with grilled asparagus and Grand Marnier macerated fruit compote
