Dinner Features for July 12th


Calamari Sriracha
Fresh calamari pan fried with carrots, broccoli and sesame seeds, served over rice pilaf with sriracha and fresh basil  

Char Grilled Steak Salad
Properly seasoned beef stockyard char grilled to order presented over fresh greens with pecans, watermelon, tomatoes, pickled onion and brie cheese 

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an herb crust with black beans, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes, and onions in a garlic wine sauce, served with asparagus spears    

Horseradish Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sweet peppers and carrots, tossed with pasta in a horseradish cream sauce

Scallops Angelina
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled in wine with bacon and tomatoes, finished with feta cheese and served with vegetable noodles

Shrimp Portofino
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, mushrooms and walnuts served with pasta in a lemon wine sauce and finished with parmesan cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
