Dinner Features for July 5th


Java Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a coffee panko crust, served with a béchamel sauce and roasted vegetables

Montréal Beef Stockyard Sirloin
Grilled beef stockyard char grilled with Montréal seasonings, served with sautéed spinach and wild mushrooms, finished with crumbly bleu and presented with a twice baked potato

Chicken Rustica
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh rosemary, caramelized onions and carrots, tossed with pasta in a sherry butter sauce and finished with parmesan cheese

Chicken Napoli
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, basil and garlic, tossed with pasta in our marinara sauce, with fresh mozzarella cheese

Cajun Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled in wine and Cajun spices, served with rice pilaf and a sauté of bacon, tomatoes and onions, presented with an avocado garlic puree

Shrimp on Bayou
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo sausage, mushrooms, peppers and black beans, served over rice pilaf with a Creole sauce    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
