Dinner Features for July 2nd

Grilled Snapper
Red snapper filet seasoned and grilled, served with roasted vegetables and a balsamic reduction

Italian Seasoned Beef Stockyard Sirloin
Grilled beef stockyard dry rubbed with Italian seasonings and herbs, char grilled to perfection and presented with roasted red pepper pesto bruschetta and a twice baked potato

Chicken Diane
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with wild mushrooms and garlic in a sherry Dijon sauce, tossed with pasta and finished with scallions

Bacon Spinach and tomatoes baked in a pie shell with mozzarella cheese, drizzled with a burgundy glaze and served with mixed greens

Sea Scallops Puttanesca
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, capers and garlic in a tomato wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese    

Cajun Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp broiled in wine and Cajun spices, served with rice pilaf and a sauté of bacon, peppers and onions, presented with an avocado garlic puree

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
