Dinner Features for July 21th

Grilled Beef Stockyard Fromage
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with melted bleu cheese and presented over wild greens and grilled onions, served with garlic smashed potatoes

Onion Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a lemon basil sherry wine sauce, served over roasted red pepper smashed potatoes and finished with crispy fried onions     

Island Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak marinated and char grilled to order and topped with a tomato pineapple salsa, presented over asparagus spears with a side of chorizo dirty rice  

Chicken Coq Au Vin
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and scallions in a garlic oregano Marsala demi-glace served with rice pilaf

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, fresh spinach and sun dried tomatoes in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Garden Apple Herb Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with apples, shiitake mushrooms, sweet red peppers, summer squash and baby spinach in a light wine sauce, served over wild rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
