Dinner Features for July 16th


Black and Bleu Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Cajun spices and topped with melted bleu cheese and caramelized onions, presented over roasted red peppers parmesan mashed potatoes

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in egg batter and sautéed in a sherry lemon pan sauce, served over pasta with asparagus   

Mahi Mahi Tacos
A pair of fish tacos made with marinated and broiled mahi mahi topped with avocado sour cream, presented in a soft tortilla with lettuce and tomatoes

Jalapeño Black Bean Chicken Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast presented over mixed greens with fresh jalapeño peppers, black beans, sweet corn, red onion, tomatoes and avocado topped with salsa ranch dressing

Jamaican Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh pineapple, red bell peppers, red onion, scallions and grape tomatoes presented over wild rice and black beans

Lemon Herb Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared in lemon herb butter pan sauce and served over pasta, finished with asiago cheese   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
