Dinner Features for July 14th


Appetizer:
Balsamic Wonton Shrimp and Italian Style Greens
Crispy wonton coated shrimp presented over wild greens with vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil drizzled with balsamic and olive oil

Entrees:
Grilled Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled and seasoned with cracked peppercorn butter, presented over roasted red pepper and onion bruschetta, served with a side of lemon basil parmesan smashed potatoes

Pineapple Barbeque Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, presented with sautéed portobello mushrooms and a touch of roast pineapple barbeque, served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf  

Lemon Basil Grilled Ahi Tuna
Fresh lemon basil marinated ahi tuna grilled to order and topped with almond butter, served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Sicilian Fried Calamari
Seasoned calamari light fried till golden crisp; presented on a bed of pasta with sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions, finished with asiago cheese

Santa Fe Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with bacon, black beans, tomatoes, pepperoncini, onions and peppers in a spicy sherry wine sauce, served over rice pilaf

Ginger Shiitake Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, cabbage, sweet red bell peppers and broccoli in a light ginger stir fry sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Dessert Features:
Oreo Cake
Chocolate cake layered and frosted with Oreo butter cream, topped with crushed Oreo pieces

Baklava Cheesecake
Creamy vanilla cheesecake topped with flaky phyllo and walnuts, served with sweet orange cognac syrup
