Dinner Features for June 30th

Mixed Grille
Beef stockyard sirloin stuffed with carrots, summer squash and garlic, char grilled with a honey sesame soy glaze, paired with chicken breast sautéed in a rosemary herb cream sauce, served with asparagus spears and rice pilaf   

Chicken Soliele
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with oranges, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and scallions in a rosemary garlic white wine sauce, served with rice pilaf  

Seafood Lasagna Florentine Alfredo
Our own seafood lasagna with surimi crabmeat, clams, haddock and salmon, layered with pasta, ricotta cheese, spinach and grilled squash baked in a Florentine Alfredo sauce and served with garlic bread

Red Snapper Scampi
Fresh broiled red snapper filet presented over pasta and asparagus spears in a basil scampi sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Shiitake Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with shitake mushrooms, roasted red peppers, broccoli and summer squash in a light white wine sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Shrimp & Crab Rockefeller
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms and fresh spinach presented over rice pilaf in an asiago cream sauce, served with a side of asparagus spears   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
