Dinner Features for June 1st


Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with a burgundy mushroom onion glaze and melted asiago cheese, presented over garlic bread and served with a twice baked potato  

Fresh Broiled Walleye
Fresh walleye broiled and topped with a wild mushroom rosemary medley, presented over asparagus spears and served with a side of rice pilaf     

Scallops Ala Romano Alfredo
Dry packed deep sea sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, artichoke hearts and kalamata olives tossed in a light Alfredo sauce and served with pasta 

Seafood Basil & Pasta
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, chopped clams and littleneck clams in a fresh basil garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta  

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, zucchini and fresh spinach in a white wine Dijon sauce, served over pasta  

New Orleans Chicken
Boneless spicy herb crusted chicken breast pan seared with black beans, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served with rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
