Dinner Features for June 28th


Ravioli Puttanesca
Two jumbo ravioli stuffed with clams, haddock and salmon, baked with shrimp and capers, in a tomato herb wine sauce, finished with asiago cheese

Shrimp Oscar
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with surimi crabmeat, peas and onions tossed with spaghetti and sauce béarnaise

Asian Stuffed Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin stuffed with carrots, summer squash and garlic, char grilled with a honey sesame soy glaze, served with broccoli and rice pilaf   

Pan Seared Snapper
Fresh red snapper filet pan seared with a panko crust, presented over asparagus spears and grilled squash, served with a lemon mint aioli

Chicken Monterey
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, peppers and onions smothered in Monterey jack and cheddar cheese, served over mashed potatoes

Scallops Ranchero
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with bacon and caramelized onions, served with rice pilaf and our own ranchero sauce, finished with lime sour cream

Chicken Alfredo
Shaved chicken breast sautéed with wild mushrooms, sweet peppers, fresh rosemary and garlic tossed with pasta in a creamy Alfredo sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
