Dinner Features for June 18th

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Steak
10 oz. Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and smothered with caramelized onions and roasted garlic, served with parmesan rosemary mashed potatoes

Cajun Herb Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared with a Cajun herb crust, presented over Lone Star pasta  

Scallops Avocado
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with roasted red peppers and presented with a chilled avocado and garlic puree, served with bacon wrapped asparagus spears  

Jerk Shrimp Salad
Jumbo shrimp grilled with jerk spices and presented over mixed greens with pecans, onions, roasted tomatoes and fresh pineapple, served with banana yogurt dressing  

Mediterranean Roasted Chicken
Quartered oven roasted chicken marinated with fresh herbs, lemon, and white wine  presented with kalamata olives, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a wine broth, finished with feta cheese and served over rice pilaf

Lemon Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with summer squash, artichoke hearts and fresh basil in a lemon butter sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
