Dinner Features for June 23rd


Montréal Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Montréal seasonings, topped with sautéed onions, presented over a avocado sour cream sauce and served with a twice baked potato

Stuffed Barramundi
Fresh broiled barramundi filet stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and surimi crabmeat served over a pineapple rosemary mousse and asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Scallops & Tomato Verde
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with tomatoes, zucchini, sun dried tomatoes and fresh spinach in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Shrimp & Wild Mushrooms
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with button, shiitake and portobello mushrooms with roasted red peppers, broccoli and artichoke hearts in a burgundy demi glace, served over rice pilaf   

Chicken Rossa
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, artichokes, tomatoes and kalamata olives in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with ham, sun dried tomatoes, scallions and capers in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
