Dinner Features for Saturday June 27th


Entrees:  

Ravioli Newburg                                                                                                                    

Two jumbo ravioli stuffed with clams, haddock and salmon, baked with stewed tomatoes and shrimp, with a garlic-sherry cream sauce.

 

Shrimp Florentine                                                                                                                 

Sautéed jumbo shrimp with garlic, artichoke hearts, spinach and roasted red peppers, tossed with pasta in a light sherry cream sauce, topped with asiago cheese.

 

Asian Stuffed Beef Stockyard                                                                                        

Beef stockyard stuffed with carrots, summer squash and garlic, topped with a honey sesame soy glaze, presented over a spicy orange fried rice.  

 

Scarlett Snapper                                                                                                                                  

Pan fried buttermilk battered Red snapper with roasted vegetables and a lemon mint aioli.

 
        Summer Chicken Salad                                                                                                                       

Lightly seasoned and grilled chicken breast over mixed greens with asparagus spears and an avocado, tomato Caprese salad, finished with a balsamic glaze.

 

Cajun Sea Scallops                                                                                                               

Cajun seasoned pan-seared sea scallops with bacon, caramelized onions, zucchini and tomatoes over rice, with a lime sour cream.     

 

Dijon Chicken                                                                                          

Chicken breast sautéed with fresh rosemary, scallions and ham, tossed with pasta and a horseradish Dijon sauce.

 

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                                               

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
