Firday Dinner Features June 19

Wild Mushroom Stockyard Sirloin Steak   
Seasoned and grilled 10 oz. beef stockyard steak, presented with wild mushrooms, caramelized onions and Duchess potatoes.


Spicy Sesame Ahi Tuna    
Ahi Tuna pan-seared with a sesame crust, carrots, cabbage and a garlic avocado puree.


Grilled Barramundi Salad    
Char-grilled Barramundi presented with mixed greens and a chilled citrus salsa. 


Roasted Garlic Sea Scallops      
Pan-seared sea scallops with bacon, zucchini, asparagus and corn tossed with pasta and a roasted
garlic butter, finished with asiago cheese.


Tiger Shrimp Stew  
Jumbo Tiger shrimp and chorizo sausage stewed with onions, tomatoes and cumin, with rice and a garlic herb broth.



Curry Chicken   
Chicken breast with sweet peppers and broccoli, tossed with pasta and a curry alfredo sauce.

Jerk Chicken Salad              
Sautéed jerk seasoned chicken breast with mixed greens, pineapple, roasted tomatoes, onions and pecans served with a yogurt banana dressing
                                                    
Fish Fry      
Breaded or beer battered haddock.

Fresh Broiled Haddock       

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
