Dinner Features June 24

Melted Mozzarella Stockyard Sirloin                                                                                                       

Char grilled Beef Stockyard sirloin steak over garlic bread, topped with fresh melted mozzarella and sautéed onions, served with a twice baked potato.


Jamaican Jerk Crusted Mahi-Mahi            

Pan-seared Jerk seasoned Mahi-Mahi over avocado and sour cream, with a side of fresh asparagus topped with pineapple mousse.


Scallops & Crabmeat Pesto Alfredo                    

Pan-seared sea scallops with surimi crabmeat, portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers and broccoli in a light pesto alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta.   


Shrimp Normandy

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with apples, artichoke hearts and zucchini in a sherry wine sauce.   


California Avocado Chicken                                                                    

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach, in a zesty lemon wine sauce over rice.   


Sesame Orange Chicken                                                                   

Chicken breast pan seared with shiitake mushrooms, mixed garden vegetables in a sesame orange stir fry over rice.


Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                                     

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
