Dinner Features for June 29th

Asian Stuffed Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin stuffed with carrots, summer squash and garlic, char grilled with a honey sesame soy glaze, served over rice pilaf   

Seafood Cannelloni Florentine Alfredo
Two jumbo cannelloni stuffed with clams, haddock and salmon, baked in a Florentine Alfredo sauce

Shrimp du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli and roasted red peppers, topped with a lime mint sour cream and served over rice pilaf  

Montreal Grilled Beef Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin char grilled with Montréal seasonings and topped with garlic basil mushrooms, served with a twice baked potato   

Cajun Seared Snapper
Fresh red snapper filet pan seared with Cajun spices, topped with a Creole sauce and served over rice pilaf

Herb Crust Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a zesty sherry wine sauce, topped with a fresh mozzarella avocado tomato relish and served over asparagus spears  

Scallops Carbonara
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with bacon, peas, mushroom and onions in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Chicken Piccata
Shaved chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, artichoke hearts, capers and fresh spinach in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
