Dinner Features for June 25th


Picadillo
Shaved chicken with green olives, roasted red peppers, tomatoes and capers served over rice in a garlic wine sauce, finished with feta cheese

Shrimp Shakshuka
Jumbo shrimp with tomatoes, onions and cumin baked in a tomato stew with a poached egg, served

with toasted pita bread

Thai Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Char grilled Beef Stockyard sirloin steak presented over pasta with scallions in a peanut sriracha sauce  

Grilled Mahi-Mahi
Fresh char grilled Mahi-Mahi topped with balsamic glaze and presented over vegetable napoleon

Scallops Choron
Pan-seared sea scallops with bacon and peas, tossed with pasta and sauce choron    

Fusion Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan fried in a ginger herb crust with broccoli and mushrooms, finished with a honey sesame glaze and served with spiced orange rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
