Dinner Features for June 16th

Grilled Flower City Stockyard Sirloin Steak
10 oz. Beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with melted brie cheese and caramelized onions, presented over rosemary burgundy demi glace and served with a twice baked potato

Fresh Broiled Mahi Mahi Tropicale
Fresh broiled mahi mahi filet topped with a basil pineapple salsa and served over marinated grilled vegetables

Scallops Angelina
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes and garlic in Marsala wine, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and served with a side of rice pilaf

Tarragon Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers and surimi crabmeat in a white wine tarragon cream sauce, served over pasta 

Chicken Cacciatore
Quartered oven roasted chicken marinated with fresh herbs, lemon, and white wine  presented with mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a fresh basil marinara sauce, finished with asiago cheese and served with a side of rice pilaf
