Dinner Features for June 10th


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10 oz. Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, finished with a barbeque mushroom onion sauce and served with a twice baked potato  

Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and topped with a rosemary Dijon sauce, served over asparagus with a side of rice pilaf

Sesame Ginger Orange Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and mixed vegetables in a sesame orange ginger sauce, served over rice pilaf

Shrimp du Chef
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, portobello mushrooms and zucchini in a roasted red pepper white wine sauce tossed with pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Apple Mango Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with apples, mangoes and artichokes in a sherry cream sauce, served over rice pilaf and finished with toasted almonds

Chicken Provençal
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, peppers and onions in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
