Dinner Features for June 2nd


Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with an augratin crabmeat stuffing and drizzled with an asiago cream sauce, served with a twice baked potato  

Fresh Broiled Walleye
Fresh walleye broiled and topped with a caper melon feta cream sauce, presented over asparagus spears and served with a side of rice pilaf     

Seafood Fra Diablo
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with littleneck clams, surimi crabmeat, chopped clams, tomatoes, Spanish and green olives, peppers and onions in a spicy marinara sauce, served over pasta  

Shrimp Vegetable Medley
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with wild mushrooms, fresh spinach and garden vegetables in a garlic sherry basil white wine sauce, served over pasta   

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in a light egg batter and sautéed with broccoli in a sherry lemon wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Chicken Oscar
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with surimi crabmeat and mushrooms in a light wine sauce, served with asparagus spears and presented over rice pilaf, topped with hollandaise  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
