Beef Satay
Marinated and grilled beef sirloin served with sautéed broccoli, cabbage and mushrooms over rice pilaf

Fresh barramundi filet pan seared with a spicy sesame crust, served over fried rice with caramelized onions and sweet bell peppers

Sautéed jumbo shrimp served over pasta with avocado pesto

Basil Lime Chicken
Boneless Cajun seasoned chicken breast sautéed with black beans and sweet corn, tossed with pasta in a basil lime sauce

Chicken Jambalaya
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, shrimp, tomatoes and zucchini served in a spicy tomato broth   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
