Dinner Features for June 4th

Cajun Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Cajun spices, presented with tomato corn salsa and finished with shredded cheddar cheese, served with wild rice  

Mahi Mahi Tarragon
Fresh mahi mahi filet sautéed with a vegetable medley and tossed with pasta in a tarragon cream sauce, finished with asiago cheese      

Herb Crust Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan fried with an herb crust, served with carrot straws and balsamic onions, presented with rice pilaf 

Honey Garlic Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with bacon and scallions, presented with a honey garlic soy glaze and rice pilaf    

Marinated Chicken Salad
Marinated and char grilled boneless chicken breast presented with fresh mixed greens, capers, onions, peppers and marinated feta cheese served with your choice of dressing  

Chicken Napoli
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with garlic and rosemary, tossed with pasta in a spicy marinara with mozzarella cheese curds   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
