Dinner Features Friday June 26

Dry rubbed Stockyard Sirloin Steak                                                                                                  

Grilled dry herb rubbed 10oz beef stockyard presented with an avocado, tomato Caprese salad, grilled vegetables and a balsamic reduction.

 

 

Baked Seafood Ravioli                                                                                                                        

Two jumbo ravioli stuffed with clams, salmon and haddock baked with a Newburg sauce and baby shrimp.

 

 

Scarlett Snapper                                                                                                                                      

Char-grilled Snapper with a honey soy glaze, served over a spicy orange infused rice and broccoli. 

 

  Scallops Choron                     

   Pan-seared sea scallops with bacon and peas, tossed with pasta and sauce choron    

 

 

Shrimp Picante                                                                                                                                       

Pan-seared Jumbo Tiger shrimp with caramelized onions and ranchero sauce finished with

a lime sour cream.

 

 

 

Thai Chicken                               

Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms and sweet peppers, tossed with pasta and peanut sauce, drizzled with sriracha and topped with scallions.

 

Chicken Picadillo               

Pan-seared chicken breast with roasted red peppers, olives and capers over rice pilaf with a garlic wine sauce, feta cheese and fresh mint.  

                                                    

Fish Fry                                                                                                          

Breaded or beer battered haddock.

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.
