Dinner Features for June 9th

Sicilian Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10 oz. Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Italian seasonings, topped with sautéed mushrooms and asiago cheese, presented over garlic bread and served with a twice baked potato  

Ahi Basil Aglio E Olio
Fresh ahi tuna marinated and grilled to order, presented over pasta with fresh basil, sun dried tomatoes and asparagus tossed with garlic, olive oil and white wine 

Rosemary and Wild Mushroom Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan sautéed with onions, portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms, in a rosemary and garlic burgundy sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Shrimp and Roasted Red Pepper Asiago
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, mushrooms and zucchini in a roasted red pepper asiago cream sauce tossed with pasta 

Jerk Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with jerk spices, topped with a cucumber tomato corn relish, served with asparagus spears and rice pilaf  

Chicken & Crabmeat Stir Fry
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with surimi crabmeat, shiitake mushrooms and mixed vegetables in a sesame honey soy sauce, served over rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
