Dinner Features for June 14th

Hawaiian Beef
Beef tenderloin tips pan seared with fresh pineapple, baby spinach and onions served over rice with a tahini butter sauce   

Mango Mahi Mahi
Fresh marinated and grilled mahi mahi, served with mango puree and sautéed spinach   

Scallops Lafayette
Dry packed deep sea scallops dusted with Cajun spices and pan seared with bacon, tomatoes, and green peppers, tossed with pasta and queso blanco     

Shrimp Sriracha
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with braised kale, tomatoes, garlic and sriracha served with black beans and wild rice   

Wild Mushroom Herb Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, topped with brie cheese and a wild mushroom sherry sauce, served with mashed potatoes   

Apple Pecan Chicken Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast served over fresh greens with apple slices, pecans, onions, shaved summer squash, cherry tomatoes and bleu cheese crumbles served with your choice of dressing   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
