Dinner Features for June 22nd




Grilled Stockyard Sirloin Burgundy
Beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, topped with roasted red peppers and wild mushrooms, presented over a burgundy glaze and served with a twice baked potato

Barramundi Tropicale
Fresh barramundi filet pan seared and topped with a basil citrus salsa, presented over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf

Scallops du Chef
Dry packed deep sea scallops with sautéed with chorizo sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and kalamata olives in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Shrimp Key West
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh pineapple, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and scallions in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta  

Chicken French
Boneless chicken breast dipped in an egg batter and sautéed with broccoli in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese

Jerk Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with herbs and jerk spices in a sherry wine sauce, served over rice pilaf with an avocado pesto sour cream

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
