Dinner Features for June 20th

Asiago Shrimp and Cracked Pepper Stockyard
10 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with cracked peppercorns and topped with sautéed shrimp in an asiago cream sauce, served with garlic herb mashed potatoes

Blackened Barramundi
Fresh barramundi filet hand rubbed with Cajun spice and blackened on a cast iron skillet, topped with an orange horseradish marmalade and served with rice pilaf   

Lemon Herb Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared in a white wine lemon herb sauce with sun dried tomatoes and asparagus presented over pasta   

Garlic Lime Shrimp Salad
Garlic lime marinated jumbo shrimp flame broiled and topped with guacamole, served over rice pilaf

Cajun Chicken Salad
Boneless Cajun grilled chicken breast presented over mixed greens with black beans, avocado, corn, tomatoes and red onion topped with salsa ranch dressing and finished with crispy tortilla chips   

Roasted Red Pepper Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with garlic and white wine in a roasted red pepper cream sauce, served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
