Dinner Features for June 6th


Guinness BBQ Bacon Sirloin Steak
10 oz. Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, served with Guinness barbecue sauce, bacon and onions straws with a twice baked potato  

Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
Sushi grade tuna steak pan seared with a sesame crust served over wild rice topped with Asian red cabbage slaw 

Broiled Barramundi
Barramundi filet broiled in Chablis wine and lemon juice topped with marinated feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes served atop sautéed spinach 

Pan Seared Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared, served over grilled asparagus spears with bacon aioli  

Orange Ginger Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sweet red pepper, snow peas, broccoli and carrots: presented over rice pilaf in an orange ginger sauce 

Apple Walnut Chicken Salad
Grilled chicken breast, apples, grapes and walnuts served over fresh field greens with strawberry vinaigrette  

Honey Soy Chicken Wings
Deep fried roaster wings tossed with honey sriracha sauce and macaroni salad 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
