Dinner Features for June 13th

Guinness ® Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10 oz. Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with Guinness caramelized onions and brie cheese, served with a twice baked potato  

Rosemary Citrus Salmon
Fresh pan seared salmon filet topped with rosemary citrus hollandaise sauce and presented over herb infused mashed potatoes  

Mahi Tacos
Two fish tacos with marinated grilled mahi mahi, topped with avocado cream sauce and Asian slaw, wrapped in a soft taco shell and served with rice pilaf  

Scallops French
Dry packed deep sea scallops dipped in egg batter and sautéed in a lemon sherry white wine sauce, served over pasta with asparagus spears    

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes and broccoli in a white wine lemon sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese 

Jamaican Jerk Chicken
Boneless Jamaican Jerk spiced chicken breast sautéed with fresh pineapple, baby spinach, tomatoes and red onions served over wild rice   

Apple Pecan Chicken Salad
Boneless grilled chicken breast served over fresh baby spinach with apple slices, red onions, candied pecans and bleu cheese crumbles served with apple cider vinaigrette  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
