Dinner Features June 13


Potato Crusted Salmon                                                                                                                                    
Pan-seared potato crusted Salmon with an orange sauce and fresh asparagus spears.  

Grilled Stockyard 
10 oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with an apple sherry reduction and served with a twice baked potato

Dijon Cream Scallops                             
Sautéed deep sea scallops with a creamy polenta square and a Dijon cream sauce.   

Shrimp & Roasted Red Peppers                                          
Sautéed Black tiger jumbo shrimp with asparagus and a roasted red pepper sauce over pasta.   

Chicken With a Black Bean Sauce                    
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a black bean sauce, over rice pilaf with a citrus salsa.
