Crab Cake (Appetizer)                
Delicately seasoned lump meat crab pan fried, served with field greens and a pepper parmesan sauce

Scallops Rojo                                                                          
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with asparagus, served over pasta in a roasted red pepper sauce

Flat Iron         
10 oz. lightly seasoned flat iron steak char grilled to order, served with an apple sherry reduction and a twice baked potato

Potato Crust Salmon         
Fresh potato crusted salmon filet pan seared, served over asparagus spears with orange butter sauce

Wild Mushroom Shrimp                                                                            
Jumbo shrimp pan seared, served over creamy wild mushroom polenta with Dijon cream sauce  
Blackened Grouper                                                                           
Cajun seasoned grouper filet blackened, served with sauce vera cruz and rice pilaf
South West Chicken       
Boneless chicken breast pan seared to golden perfection, served over rice pilaf with black bean sauce and citrus salsa

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                                                                  
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Fish Fry                                                                                                                        
Breaded or beer battered haddock
