Basil Snapper
Fresh grilled snapper filet drizzled with basil infused olive oil and served with cherry tomatoes and a Bermuda onion jam  over wild rice with

 

Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Twin 3 ounce beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection, topped with a garlic wild mushroom demi glace and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

 

Ahi Tuna Taco
6 oz. ahi tuna steak pan seared with Mexican spices and served in a flour tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, homemade pico di gallo and scallion sour cream, served with a side of rice pilaf

 

Balsamic Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared and topped with balsamic glaze, served with creamy sun dried tomato polenta

 

Sesame Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms, red bell peppers and onions in a sesame ginger soy glaze, served with rice pilaf

 

Chicken Pesto Cream
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, tomatoes and bleu cheese, tossed with pasta in a pesto cream sauce

 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
