Dinner Features for Tuesday June 18th

Doug’s Grouper Sandwich
Grouper filet pan seared with Jamaican spices and topped with a fresh pineapple salsa and avocado mousse, served on a roll with lettuce and paired with our sweet potato French fries

Linguini with Clam Sauce
Little neck clams steamed in white wine with garlic, crushed red pepper and tomatoes tossed with linguini

Chimichurri Beef
10 oz. beef flat iron steak char grilled to order and topped with a scallion chimichurri sauce, served over grilled potato wedges

Dijon Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with spinach, artichoke hearts and mushrooms with a Dijon white wine pan sauce served over mashed potatoes

Grilled Shrimp & Gazpacho salad
Black tiger jumbo shrimp char grilled and presented over fresh greens with cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes and scallions served with a creamy gazpacho and an avocado mousse

Salmon Florentine
Fresh grilled salmon filet resting on a bed of wild rice, served with sautéed spinach and a tomato olive tapenade

Pesto Cream Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with caramelized onions, tomatoes and asiago tossed with pasta in a pesto cream sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
